Thara joined Lighthouse Europe in June 2019.

 

As a Senior Consultant, she specialised in digital and environmental policies as well as trade association management.

​

Based in Paris, she is an expert in the European and French decision-making processes and mainly works on the following policies:  content regulation, data protection, digital taxation, innovative technologies (virtual worlds), renewable energies, and food systems. 

 

Thara is also a lecturer in Lobbying strategies and practices at the Institute of Political Studies in Fontainebleau (Master's students). 

 

She joined the team after working at the European Commission representation in France and at the European Affairs Directorate of the Ile-de-France Regional Council.

 

Thara graduated with a Master’s degree in Public Affairs (Université Paris 12) and a two-year university diploma in Law (Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas). She speaks French and English.
